2v to 4v lincoln swap

So I have recently purchased a 2004 Lincoln Aviator 4v motor to swap into my 2001 GT. I have seen a lot of postings on swapping an 03 or 04 cobra motor in the GT. But I haven't seen anything on swapping for a lincoln motor. Has anybody done this? Or know what is different? I would imagine it would be the same process but I need to make sure. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Step by Step guide to installing a Mark VIII motor in a 96+ GT.

Basically the same. Just keep the COP system and there are no IMRC's on that motor.

im sure thats pretty close to what i have to do. But I'm possitive that there has to be some differences and everything. If either of the motor's was within the year that talks about then I would probably want to follow that guide. But since neither of the motors are that close I wouldn't want to chance it. Plus I'm replacing the motor in my daily so it has to work the first time. Can't exactly be a month event you know. More like a long weekend.
