ddmtuning hid kit
i bought their 35w 6k hi/lo kit and installed it yesterday, it looks great but the high beams dont work and the high beam light is always lite on the dash, when i turn on the high beams, the symbol just gets brighter
anybody have thisproblem or know how to fix it? |

check your wires. i know on some ddm kits, they have the wires incorrect for the high beams from the factory.

never heard of this problem with DDM. heard about it with VVME a lot. My 4 sets ive bought from DDM have never had any isues. contact DDM. they are good guys. Im sure they will help you out.

sounds like your power line either isn't tightened down enough or a ground isn't great...
to the person not ordering the kit due to this post don't wait...they are very cheap kits and have a lifetime ballast warrenty...2 cars for me and 2 kits and i love it |

I've been doing a lot of reading in anticipation to ordering and I am worried I am going to get the kit and not have gotten the right thing haha. Do I need to get the "HID Harness" too? I'm not even really sure what it is. I am getting the 35W 6000K 9007 Hi/Lo for the Heads and the 6000K 880 for the fogs.

i too have a ddm tuning 35w 6k hi-lo kit waiting to install. as soon as mine gets back from paint + body. i didnt order the harness. only recommended at 55 watts.
