I can hope....SVO? (restoration project)
So, basically I am gunna overhaul my mustang within the next few years, thus being that I am on a decently limited budget its not like I can just go out and buy all the parts I need at once. I plan on doing a replica SN95 SVO mustang. Custom colors, and custom motor unless I can get my hands on one of the original svo and ecu's. Pretty much gunna only keep the chassis and sheet metal of my car, everything else well, will be going with the wind.
My current objective however is to get my hands on an SVO side exhaust kit. Anyone got one that they would be willing to part with? and no i don't want the imitation skirts that don't have the svo stamped into them

Devilman has a set but he is deployed and they need some repair work. He is kind of slow to respond but i would try sending him a pm if i were you. He just has the skirts. The actual borla exhaust set up is gonna be a beeeotch to find.
I have been looking for an svo ecu for 2 years and haven't come across one yet.

hmmm, if he is looking to get rid of them I think that may work. And if you are looking to find the original borla kit did you talk to Borla themselves? I think the parts from the kit are all still in production, maybe minor tweeks done here and there, but all in all i think Borla could piece the original kit together for you, i mean they have to have the original parts documentation right?

No, I didn't talk to them. I don't want a side exhaust on my car. They may piece one together for you if you ask. I know I contacted CDC about a shaker setup for a sn95 and they said they don't make them anymore but could work one up for me if I wanted it. I was asking for another member so I just copied him on their email so he could figure out what he wanted to do.

Damn, That sucks.
If you want them bad enough I'd offer to pay the shipping and an extra $50 on top to sell them to you. you know the old expression "money talks...."

That's ok though, at least Borla is still in business/hasn't morphed or re-badged...At least you can still contact them about piecing together a kit. The skirts i guess are the highest priority right now. Hope the guy will change his mind though...

bump.. any one else know of another pair....?
seller was unwilling to sell his products for any other circumstances besides his own..... kinda an epic fail on the sellers part but o well. Thus the quest continues for a pair of svo skirts.
