What motor is this from?

So I was hanging around my friends shop last night. I saw a modular engine sitting outside. So I took it home with me for free. He has no idea what it came out off or whether it’s a 4.6L or 5.4L. What numbers will reveal its true identity; I snapped a pic of a sticker that was on the valve cover. My guess is that it’s a 2001 5.4L. I know it sat for only 1 day outside while it rained, hence the yellowish oil.

I know its a windsor, it has a 8 bolt crank and 13/14 bolt vavle covers.

if you are sure that it is a windsor motor, than you can find what it is online. ford posts all motors manufactured online. or you can just call a ford dealership. they can probably help you...

05-30-01 is the date and it's a 5.4L

My guess is a F150

im pretty sure it says 5.4L at the very bottom after the date.
