3V Cam Phaser Lockouts Installation?

I bought an 07 GT 3V motor for my sn95 that im planning to swap out, and i need to install the cam phaser lockouts. Im trying to save the most cash on the installation and wanted to know if anyone knows if this is a DIY job? i already have the motor on a stand, and want to know the easiest way to install the lockouts and if theres a way to do the installation with the phasers left in the motor? Or if this is a professional installation job? (havent found nothing concrete using search!)

Yea thx, but thats with the phaser already out of the motor. Any one else know of a way?
