Aftermarket Shortblock with More Displacement
Does anyone think an aftermarket short block with more displacement would/ or could ever be made? The most displacement we can get with a modular v8 is what? 5.5? 5.6? A bored 5.4 block. I am just wondering what could possibly happen as these motors get cheaper, more popular. Sleeves available to bore it more? I'm no expert on this so I want to see what you guys think or know. It would be nice to have a 350+ modular engine.

I'm sure you could sleeve a 5.4 and bore it out alot more than the .030 recommended max for a stock block. I would imagine a stroker kit for the 5.4 will be available soon as it is becoming a very popular swap for the 4.6 mustangs. A stroker kit is already available for the 4.6 so i would imagine it's only a matter of time.
