2010 GT headlights turn on by themselves

MY car is possessed. Yesterday afternoon when I was coming home in my other car, I noticed the headlights were on on my Mustang in the drive way.
I went inside to get the keys to turn them off. When I got back outside the lights were off.
Thought maybe I was seeing things with the sun reflecting off of the lenses or something.
Just now at 12:45am, I went out side and the headlights were on, the running lights were on and tail lights were on. As we are looking at it the lights all turned off.
I got my key and unlocked the doors and turned the headlight switch from the auto position to the off position and locked the car with the remote.

Am I not supposed to leave the headlight knob in the auto position or is this indicative of issue that will take Ford months to look into and not figure out???
The car is completely stock.
Now that I think about it I had one instance where the radio completely wigged out on my and I couldn't do anything until I turned the car off and back on. I thought it was because my phone that was synced to it was sending bluetooth data or something that the car didn't like.

Anyone else have similar issues?

Car is in shop now. This morning, no electrical system in the cabin worked. No headlights, no turn signal, no windows, no power locks, no power seats, no radio, no ac.

I love driving the car but if this is indicative of fords "new" quality, I'm going to be very upset that I ditched chevy.

Obviously, it should be all under factory warranty. Take it from someone who works for Ford, this is pretty rare. I actually have never heard of that. Just sounds like some lemon wiring from the factory.

It's just kind of dissapointing to have this kind of problem in a new car.
I can understand small things like loose knobs, or a rattle here and there, but to have an electrical issue like this is pretty sad.
But I guess with the amount of electronics in cars now stuff like this is going to happen.
But why me? lol
Didn't I suffer enough this weekend when all the plumbing in my house backed up?

Just got a call from dealership, said it had a bad "module"?
Will be picking up Christine tonight along with a new set of keys.

Nix that,
Ford support called them and told them to not release the car. They weren't positive that was the actual problem and want to test it more.
Hopefully I can get something better than a fiesta loaner.

2010 GT vs. Fiesta.. Tell them you need an upgrade as you find yourself struggling to get the car and 4 passengers up the drive way.

I had a client who threw a rod in her Volkswagen Jetta with 24,xxx miles on the odometer. She made the switch to Ford.

Shit happens dude. hahaha. Sorry to say that, but lemons do happen. The 2010 GT's are considered to be some of the least problematic cars on the road. You did just happen to be a lucky winner with your electrical system.

Our car is possessed as well

Hello!
Any news form your possessed Mustang?
I'm very interested in your answer because we have the same issue.
We brought back to France our car when we moved from the USA. But Headlights turn on by themselves from time to time. We need to disconnect the battery when we leave the car for a while to make sure the car won't blink all night. We took it to French car garages and then to a US car dealer, he tried to fix the problem without solving it. They're still working on it, they don't understand.
No warranty for us: as soon as it left the US continent, warrenty is over. Thanks for you answer.
