hesitation after 3500rpm at WOT

2002 mustang GT
new parts on the car as of 8/10
JLT cold air intake
Mass air flow sensor
Throttle position sensor
Intake manifold
1 new injector (all new injector o rings)
Fuel rail pressure sensor
all new 02 sensors
fuel pump
fuel filter (less then 500 miles on it)
starter
battery
off road x pipe
sct x3 tuner
etc

so i put in a steeda fuel pump and new fuel filter like 3 months ago..never had any problems. been running great..now all of the sudden if i drive my car for at least 15-20 minutes and i give it full throttle at 3500 rpms and above it cuts out and hesitates..if i back off the throttle a little it will go to redline. its only at 100 percent it hesistates. now i noticed when i put the fuel pump in the filter on the pump really should be facing the other way due to it being so close to the plastic container but i managed to get it to where it look like it would work. idk if i need to buy a new plastic piece for my gas tank or if my pump is going bad or what.. i know if i get in the car after its been off for a while i can get on it and it will do fine. its only after it warms up or ive been driving for 20 min + any ideas?

Doesn't really sound like a fuel pump issue but if you want to double check you need to tap a fuel pressure gauge into the shraeder valve located on the fuel rail and see if it maintains proper fuel pressure at WOT. Is the CEL on by chance? Could be somthing as simple as its time to change the spark plugs.

Has it been tuned? or are you using a canned tune? also may want to check the o2 sensors. If it only does it in open loop (cold) it could be your o2's.

02 sensors are brand new, no cel's. it is not tuned just running a base map. reason why i say its a fuel pump issue is it did it once before. then i put in my steeda fuel pump and it stopped for about 4 months..then it started back again. only thing i noticed was when i put the pump in the fuel pump assembly the filter looked like it was gonna be pinched a little. (why do they make it complicated and have to have a big thing for the fuel pump to go in? why cant it just sit in the tank?) im thinking about trying to get a new fuel pump assembly and putting my fuel pump in it to see if it fixes the problem..

plugs will do it after 20 minutes and then after you shut the car off and turn it right back on its ok for another little while? i think restarting the car is re priming the fuel pump and it allows it to work for a little while...

injector o rings are all new and not leaking.. and i used fuel injector cleaner already.. like it said it has to be something electrical or the fuel pump is burning out after so many minutes of useage.. like its kinda kinked and when it primes fuel is iffecient and after a few WOT pulls and about 10-20 min of driving its not supplying enough fuel. ive had this problem before..replaced my stock fuel pump with a steeda and it was fixed for about 4 months and now its doing it again. im thinking it might be the fuel pump assebly or something.. i wish there was a way to just have the fuel pump in the open and just sit in the tank to see if this fixes it.
