Boy what a day it was
I had Ford put in the 410's today and I was going to have them also install the SCT flash tune but it didn't work ! It said that it couldn't talk to my computer!
I drove 100 miles round trip to get my programed tuner to find out it didn't work.
Here to find out it needed a new firmware for the 2007 mustang GT.
So I had to make another 100 mile round trip to have the tuner people take care of the problem, It took about an hour for them to get it to work.
Now everything is working now I THINK I find out my drivers window doesn't go up automaticly :wink
The car goes fast now and at 87 octane it pings, I think I got some cheap gas. I can't wait to find out how the 92 octane tune works.

If I were you I wouldn't use anything less than 91 octane

Nah, but I've been around a few. My best bud/roomate has a pretty bad ass '02 GT and he used to have one of the nicest '66 coupes I've ever seen! My other best bud (I've got two and they are both diehard ford/moostang guys ) had a '66 coupe and a '67 fastback not too long ago.

I'm just an enthusiast, and I don't mind getting my balls busted a little

Hey Guys, i'm putting 4:10's in my 03 GT Convertible. Was just gonna get a Dallas Mustang Speedcal for $99 but have found a Hypertech Power Programmer III for $150 plus shipping. Are these any good, the SCT and Diablo's are a lot more money.

Good price but worth buying? I don't think they can be custom programmed, lot of guys on here don't like them from the search I did.

I've heard you should stay away from the Hypertech stuff... it's shit. Spend the extra money and be happy with a Diablo. (I got mine for $250, and neckbone got his for like $212 (eBay)).

My SS don't gots much...It has a baby cam (224/228) with a valvetrain upgrade (pushrods, springs, etc.) Jet-Hot long tube headers with Hooker cat-back and off road Ypipe. MTI Carbon Fiber air lid, ASP underdrive pully, 3.73 gears and some suspension stuff and a few other things (clutch, shifter, etc.)

My buddies '02 GT is yellow with black bullit rims (I'll take some pics and post 'em up) It has a MAC 3" with or/x, spec stage three, bbk intake with tb and spacer, dyno tune, and a bunch of other little things that I know I am forgetting.

His '66 was JET black with about a million coats of clear...beautifull car! It had an AFX teardrop hood and the interior was black crushed velvet with red inserts. One of the nicest '66 Coupes I have EVER seen. We called it 'Black Sunshine' after the White Zombie song that mentions the Moostang in the intro!

If you plan on only doing the gears than I would stick with the speedcal. If on down the road you are going to do more mods than I would save up for the SCT or Diablo.
