kenne belle twin screw supercharger

My father has a kenne belle twin screw supercharger it is for a 97-98 4.6-5.4 liter it was in a 5.4 how do i convert it to my 97 4.6 with 90,000 on it. what do i need to install it in my car wiring etc. or is it not worth doing?

I would consider upgrading your rotating assembly before you do that. They stopped producing them for the 96-98 for a reason. The stock bottom ends just couldn't take what the KB was throwing at them.

You will need to upgrade your injectors, fuel pump, maf, plugs, wires and add a boost a spark unit. It is very much worth doing. If he is selling it you could buy it and more than likely resell it for a nice profit. Those units are very hard to come by but are worth every penny.

so if my dads willing to sell it for 1000 to me what do u think i could get out of it? if i have to do all that to my car i mite as well sell it or i was thinking getting a 5.4 2v that it works on an build that up.but if i can double my money that will give me some more cash flow to upgrade some stuff.
