2001 4.6 swap for my 97 4.6?

i was just looking up on the internet some parts and came across a 2001 4.6 motor with 70,000 on it now my 97 has 90,00 on it and i was just wondering how much is a pi swap to do for my 97?.or should i just go ahead and buy the whole motor for 900.00 and just throw it in. I dont know to much on the differences other than 215 horse to 260 so any help would be greatly appreciated!

You can do the swap for less but you will have a better platform for boost with the 2001 motor.

whats the price range for the swap just the heads and intake etc?

Around $500 or less depending on what you get the parts for.
