machine shop neccesary?


okay so I wanting to know if in order to build rebuild a motor is the machine shop neccesary not expecting huge numbers just wanting around 250 300 to the wheel

anytime you rebuild with a used block you should always have it machined. no matter what.

If you have to ask a question like that I believe you would be better off buying a short block or long block.

That is unless you have a very experienced mechanic to assist you and show you what to do.
