Stupid Question

Okay so how the hell do you peel out like in Neckbonekat's clip in his signature? Do you just take the RPMS up to about 4000 and let out the clutch as quick as you can and then floor it or what? I havent really been able to try much but I have started to experiment with my car so any response will help! I know I am stupid!

just do it where there are no other cars around man, you dont want the cops messin with ya and getting a reckless driving ticket, and if you get out of control or scared just let out of the gas man.

I like to cut the steering wheel just a tad after the tires start spinning, gets you a little bit side ways, but not to much man you will do a 180 or 360 and since your a virgin at this, will probly scare the shit out of ya

Why do you need to do a burnout ??? Once you growup and realize the trouble you could get into then post back.

Im not trying to be a dick, but the only time youre gonna need to "burnout" is at the track. And in that case get line locks.

Naw man I dont do this on the streets! I go to an ambanded parking lot! And I have never had a stick and this one is the first in the family since like the 80s so I just never knew how. I live literally down the street from our police station so I would never do this anywhere near my house and I just want the tires to squeal when I take off. I am not doing a break stand just squealing the tires. And I have been sideways in plenty of things but the first time in my stang with out it being wet out side might be a little scary!

And casper I didnt buy a mustang to drive it like a granny! I bought it to have fun with it!

With fun come responsibility..I cant say that i have never dicked around in my mustang.. but i can say every time i did it was on private roads that abosolutaly no one has been down or i was at the track.. Just be smart about you decisions.
As far as a burnout.. rev it up and let it go.. your mustang should do the rest.. If you start going side to side.. stay calm and steer towards the way you are sliding this will help you come back straight.
Just stay safe and keep it by the track.

Sorry for comming off like a parent or something dude. I just have had mine since i was 16 different ones, but still ponys. And i have done so many stupid things with them and gotten caught. Chirping youre tires, squeeling them, acclerating quickly....anytihng like that here is "street racing " because its defined in the law books as showing youre vehicles performance in any way. Even had problems pulling out of a parking lot with sand and had to go to court. Thats all.

ha ha yeah check my video out.... i made this over on the eastern shore of MD, hardly any cars about... (the only car I saw was that truck you see go by me).... the road I hit 140 on is a newly paved backroad with like 4 houses, and it's about a 3 mile long straight. it's okay to be a dumbshit! I do it all the time, but just try and make it a little bit safe

Yeah I know I have to be responsible! If not my parents will tell the DMV to take away my licence or take away my stang at the least! Here if you do anything of the matter like squeeling the tires or accelerating hard or anything its an offense, but its not classified as racing unless the car next to you is going fast. And to tell you the truth I will probably really do a burnout or squeel the tires very few times and all of that because if I do it once I think its a 4 point ticket which until I am 18 I only get 6!

I agree with caution. I also heard that "street racing " can cost you your ride, I don't know where but if you get caught they take the car and crush it. I don't know what show it was on, I think speed channel.

Father Knows Best! Listen.

I used to live in Nor-Cal and if you get caught street racing there its a $300 fine and your car gets impounded for a month so you have to pay the fees to get it out.. which is like $5-10 a day. Plus the cost of towing.

I got a reckless driving ticket once for squeeling tires in a parking lot. Costed me 6 points off my license and you get 12 here. So that was 1/2 my points for squeeling tires 1 time

wow, GA laws suck... we only get 4 points, which means if we get caght speeding 25mph or more over the speed limit, bye bye license

If its private property like a target parking lot the cops can do anything for you because its on private property. And because I am under 18 I think if I get caught racing my car gets destroyed and I get my licence taken until I am 18! I definatly wont be racing except at my track, but In an empty parking lot I might have a little fun!
