I think the motor is a wash, you can bring the 05 up the HP difference. Just depends on which body style you like the best. Sounds like your ready for a change.

You said something about spray with the 05. I wouldnt go from my s/c car that ive had and know how its been driven vs a slower car (at the moment) that ccould possibly be ragged out. the 3v is a better platform but I personally wouldnt trade FOR THIS ONE. plus you havent told us how many miles and i dont think the other guys read that part about the spray. the spray in itself would/could make the difference for me depending how many miles it has and how long it has been sprayed.

personally, i prefer the s197. superchargers and bolt ons are readily available and the body style and interior blows the bullit out of the water. The exterior of the s197 allows 20 inch rims so you can show stop but have a quick car at the same time.

I know its a bullitt though. I like the look with no wing. different interior. Little things is what I like about it. Plus I got my car on a steal. I've got about what it books for but its got many dollars in mods. I've heard the 05 up's respond to mods a lot better then the years before then. My car has 73,000 miles and 05 has 69,000 miles. I know spray hasn't been on it long and only think it was sprayed when it was dynoed. its only a 75 shot though.

I love the fact that your car is LIMITED production, the small touches that NO mustang had from the factory like the scoops and intake, and you have already put your personal touch on it by modding it.. I say you keep the Bull.. BUT it's honestly up to you as to which one you're in love with.

I don't think the 05 mustang looks that great. Its kinda blocky and def not better than the 99-04 mustang in the looks department. But for reliability the 05 is better and with f/i, which seems to be the next route, you can make some huge hp with the 05.
Limited production Mach 1 for a run of the mill 05 gt with bolt ons..... I would say trade, but only for the horsepower you can make with the 05.
