Hit and run damage
Well I came back to my car after about 3 hours and found this... I go to college so generally the population is very immature, but I didn't think i would run into this... No note no cameras, no nothing. There aren't any deep scratches, just some surface scuffs that polish might be able to get out. Any suggestions as to repairing it without going through insurance? Would it be possible to do a paintless dent repair, or would it be possible to get a body shop to replace just the panel and paint? Thanks

I would price that at about $600 here in NJ.

Ok, so an average number estimate would be some where around $500 + or - a bit. The paintless dent guy estimated around $300, but im skeptical about it. I might just drive it and save some cash to just have the panel replaced.
Is that the general consensus that the end product would potentially look much better being replaced? I'm not sure how well these paintless guys do their work. |

I don't think a paintless dent repair will work well on a crease. Just do it the old fashion way, $500'ish.
