How bad are Burnouts?

Burnouts are obviously bad for the car considering you strain them, i was wondering if i do a burnout like once a month for like 6 seconds how bad that'd be?

Thanks

its really just bad for your tires.... I wouldnt really worry about messing your car up... as long as you dont burn out everywhere lol

Only problem is the build up of rubber on your quarters. Don't sweat it, car is made to be driven, enjoy!

Tires, brakes, and clutch. As long as you don't mind replacing those, go at it.

I have a few good videos of some silverado's, duramax's, srt-10 ram, and my stang-- trust me, burnouts are wonderful-- not for the tires but we love 'em lol.

if you get one of this....

you could do burnouts all day long and the only think that you would stress is the tires.. now burnouts are totaly pointless if you are not doing them at the track with a set of slicks or sticky drag radials.

if you dont have a line lock then you could burn your clutch distroy the rear brakes and possible damage the transmission.

I would invest in a line loc and an ignition box with a built in rev limiter. Will help keep you from blowing your motor up if your foot slips somehow and you mash the shit out of the pedal.
