SCT tuner issued!!!!


So i got a new tune and was going to load it off my computer like i always do... but wait! theres an update for my tuner do i want to update... SURE why not???? .... ok great but first return your car to stock.... ok so i do... Than i plug in my tuner it starts updating... with its little "do not unplug" than wait what happens the power flickers! now the screen is just blank and blue computer wont recognize it and i just need it fixed now my cars on stock tune and i cant freakin drive it! just get my tuner working again anyone help pleasee!!!!!!!

I had an issue once with a tune they sent me...I called them up and the guy took care of everything and had my car running in about 15 mins. They'll more than likely just have to send you another tune. Give'em a call...DO IT!

Yeah i called left a message and emailed them.... guess who never got a call or email back.... yup thats me! but i found a thread on it and got it reset thanks guys!
