5.0L or 5.4L swap

OK here goes. I have built many 4x4's and Chevy engines but recently became a Ford man. (2008 F350 and 2006 Mustang GT) I'm not very familiar with these yet and need some input. Here's the question, and i have located both 5.4L and 5.0L. Which do I want? The 5.4 I assume but it has a supercharger and I was going with a procharger. Long story short I'm building a street legal drag that I want 1100+ HP out of. Any suggestions?

you need to give more information. are they 2v or 4v? are they BOTH supercharged? is it the pushrod 5.0 or the coyote 5.0 or the new '11 5.0

yeah zig is right is this just motors or are they whole cars? If they are the new 5.0 and a new 5.4 mustang?
