O2 Sensor
I figured that because this is the modular section it might be easier to get an answer thanks!
I am installing an O2 sensor on my moms 98 Expedition with the 5.4. I have gotten the old one out and unpluged. I unplugged it by using two screw drivers and using them to press the tab on the connector while I used the other to pry the other part of the connector loose. I have also installed the new sensor, but cannot get it plugged back in. By the way this is sensor 1 on the bank 2. (Passenger side closest to the header.) Does anybody have any tricks on pluging in the sensor? I have the inner wheel well out for easier access, but cant seem to get it plugged in. Thanks for your help!

its not it wont reach or fit, you just have to squeeze where its located.

it's possible that you might have bought the wrong -2 sensor.
like you bought one for the rear instead of the front... the wires are different lenghts.

The area its in is just to small for me! I guess maybe if I plug it in and then install it I might have better luck. And I did buy one with a longer cord, but Advanced Auto said that that would be find as long as I dont let it touch the exhaust! Matt do you have it in its bung when you snap it in or do you do that after its snaped in? Thanks
