what are the power gains with p&p 4.6 2v haeds w/Turbo?
What are the pro's and con's

here is a graph comparing a bolt on gt, then a procharged gt and then my gt with all the bolt ons heads and cams and procharger. should be similar with a turbo set up try this link and let me know if it works http://www.pro-dyno.net/gallery/album23/blo_blo_blow

Anyone can cut, grind and shine up a port. Only someone that knows what they are doing can actually make that port flow and make horsepower.

What does a flow bench do? I tryed to port one of my goped cylinders, but I runied it! It was a motor that didnt run anyway! I just wanted to try!

a flow bench is a tool used to see how much cfm the ports will flow. usually substituting water for air since the heads aren't on a motor

Yeah you need to be extremely careful porting and plishing heads yourself as one cylinder can outflow another and ruin the heads
