JLT CAI and SCT SF3 Tuner

Installed a JLT CAI then tuned with the SF3, no custom tune, just the standard tune with all options selected as needed. There now is a noticeable bog or stutter at low rpm. Has anybody else had this issue?

Mods: Magnaflow X-pipe with high flow cats, Flowmaster series 10 mufflers, 4.10 gears. Motor stock

I got mine tuned from the shop when I installed the 4.10's...I'm sure they did something custom. First, I'd re order the tune and make sure you got all the info right. Since the gears are for low end power, that may be what's goin on. Sounds to me like you need a new tune...
