SCT 8900OR Touch Screen Xtreme Programmer Flash Tuner

My question is this Flash tuner worth the price?

If you think so then yes. It's a matter of personal preference. If your just looking to have a handheld tuner which looks fancy then no.

i was just wondering cause its seems like a real nice tuner. but i want to see if someone is using it and if its works like they say it does.

Having cams & s/c i wouldn't purchuse this off a website and get their canned tunes. However if your looking at purchasing this through a shop and they themselves are buring you a custom tune, then by all means. The Touch Screen Xtreme (i am told and have seen from others whom use it, that it operates and responds just as it's described). No really major issues besides how expensive it is. I'd call up a shop who is a SCT dealer. They'd know more about the product and it's potential flaws (if any).

I don't mean to hi-jack, but will the 98-04 tuners work with the 96's? If not, how do I get my car tuned?

But i'd suggest (esp after more then bolt-on mods) getting a dyno from a shop.
