Spitting Cobra


Was behind a 04 terminator a while back. He punched it a little and as it jump sideways I got sprayed..... a mist covered the front of my car and windsheild. I was about 50 feet behind this thing. The vanity plate was zootoxn. I think he post on here regularly.

What is this some type of venomus condensation coming from the exhaust?


Is this normal for these terminators to spit on us little GT's.

My guess is he's running rich and that was unburnt fuel you got hit with... Was there any smoke comming out? If so, what color was it?

a basic blown 2v will not walk a Cobra.

It's normally a drivers race.

the stock blower on a Cobra sucks.

and he has a 3v not a 2v :wink

The stock blower on the cobra's is not a good blower. You can gain upwards of 50 hp on the cobra just by changing the Eaton roots blower for a twin screw running the same boost.

I wouldn't call beating one raping it, but if the cobra has anywork done to it a blown gt won't stand a chance.

I still don't envy the cobras .. they just don't consistantly put down the times .. even ported eatons with pulley swap and small shot I see running low to mid 12's . .not slow but I know alot of pro charged gts and intercooled vortech gts hitting upper 11's .. so I really don't hold as much respect for the so called "terminator" as much as I used to ... you know when i was 18 or 19 when they came out .. i was like wow .. but after driving a few .. and driving a turbo'd gt .. and a few supercharged gts.. eh .. its just a mustang !!!

sounds like someone needs the driver mod...... just those mods can put the termees over 500 and well into 11s

Thats the key word ... SHOULD .. but from what I've seen .. it hasn't .. It just doesn't seem like they convert that power to track times ... anyway ... thats all I was saying . .just from personal experience

is it possible for unburnt fuel to make throught the converter. and i would think it would ignite in the pipe from the heat?

I just assumed O/R mid pipe. Also asked the color of the smoke b/c if it was black smoke he's rich and it could have been fuel. White smoke could be oil or coolant. Or it was just condensation in the pipes and it sprayed when he revved it
