lt header install question......

hi i have 01 gt i am going to install bbk longtubes,and shorty xpipe. my trans is out right now, should i install the headers with the trans out or put it back in first?

IMO it should be a no brainer to put the tranny back in first, I imagine its a pain in the ass to fit the tranny back in with the headers in the way
