Anyone know the best place to buy hypercoated fr500s? I finally decided on what wheels i want but american muscle doesnt carry them...whos a good vendor with good prices and fast shipping?

I got the link to work, but they dont sell any of the fr500s by the wheel you can buy dd 18x10s or 18x9s but not staggered, what the hell?

Hey guys ive been looking for staggered 18inch hypercoated FR500s for weeks, i finally found a website that has them...

Has anyone heard of anchor-room.com?

Its a nice looking site ive just never heard of them lol, im skeptical to spend 680 bucks there ya know

I have never heard of them. If they have a phone number I would call to make sure they are still around before you place an order on the web. I screwed up once and ordered a differential from a website only to find out they were not in business anymore two months later after filling a claim to get my money back. I don't know why they never shut the site down.

I emailed them, they are up, but they are a reseller for American muscle, who doenst carry hypercoated frs anymore, i found another site, ive emailed them for some details.

I really want hypercoated fr500s, idk why they got dropped by american muscle, they are popular as hell.

Just looked at some sample pictures. At first I wasn't a big fan of them but they are growing on me. They definitely look best on a silver or black stang though.

American muscle doesnt carry the hypercoated anymore, trust me, ive looked everywhere, i think im gonna have to find them used.

get a set of fr500's and powdercoat them a color you want them... i did mine for 65 dollars a rim

The reason for them stopping hypercoated wheels is because some are coming out darker or lighter then the rest. They say its a chemical process that isnt an exact science yet. Some one on this form had that trouble with their saleen ones, ill see if i can find it.

Ok im about to order Chrome fr500s for my black mach 1

I know they have a nicely priced tire kit but i want to run 265s in the front so im gonna need to get my tires elsewhere....

My question is, how good are the nt555s, i really was gonna get kdw2s but they are gonna be like between 1000-1100 bucks, thats a little ridiculous lol

Anyone running nt555s give me a feel for how good they are, i love tearin up the corners, im lowered on a prokit with stock tokicos and plan on MM lower control arms.

Also consider Falken FK452s, i had these on my lowered v6 on 17s and i swear to God that thing was SERIOUS in the corners, i mean it stuck hard, and when they started to slip it was very controlled, im just not sure how hard they hook in a straight line, i had a v6 so...no traction issues lol hhaha
