98 starting issues still

my 98 gt has a problem starting fuel pressure is at 30 no theft lights, i was able to turn on let key sit for 30 seconds and then start it up been doing that for a month now but the past few days it has not wanted to start just cranks and cranks, Had this happen since the flash i had done with a gms handheld tuner, thing runs fine once it starts and never has a problem after it starts. thought it was a pats issue being able to start after waiting but it has not been wanting to do that the past few days. any ideas

If it was carberated I would say you flooded it but that would be the case with EFI try a little gas on start up

Tried that too but nothing changes if i just hold the starter so it keeps rolling over it just starts all of a sudden. I tried cleaning the maf and no change there.

try reloading the tune, if the tune did not install corecttly it will cause issues. you will have to install the stock tune first of course.

gonna try a new fuel pump again make sure it really is getting enough pressure
