Leak

Hello All
I have a 07 mustang gt with a rear spoiler that leaks water for about 5 days after a car wash! I had into my local Ford dealer for repairs twice and the problem is still around.
The water leaves run marks down the right hand tail light and down the bumper evertime I drive the car up to 5 days. If I open up the trunk the water runs the other way. I get no water in the trunk though. I have a set of Roush quater windows on my stang and they leak for about an hour, that is no big deal. I'm thinking of removing my GT spoiler and installing a shelby spoiler. I'm not really sure that this is going to work either.[/i]

Dude, definitely get the stealership to fix that crap! It's got to be still under warranty.

I would tell them if they can't fix it to give you a lid without holes. Those look clean with no spoiler.

Yeah, don't wait until it's all corroded and then they'll tell you it's out of warranty 5 years later...

Take it back to them. Its pretty straight forward, the seal isn't in good shape. Or pull it off yourself and inspect it. Should only be like 4 bolts.
