Discussing 3.27 vs 3.73 vs 4.10 (took a couple hrs 2 complete... enjoy) in the Modular Mustangs Forum. ok im new to this site but i have owned my gt for about 2 ...

ok im new to this site but i have owned my gt for about 2 years and i hate my 4.10s in my auto.. gas sucks..lmao

gas will always be worse in an auto, yes there are autos with better gas mileage and some add ons. compare 2 cars with everything the same with one auto and the other mt, mt always wins.

Need then same write up on a 1999 cobra as well with 3.55 3.73 4.10 4.56 gears

Ok, so based on these findings... the top speed is higher with stock gears then with 4.10's? ???

I don't understand what your infatuation with top speed is. Do you live in Utah or something? Do you plan on taking you Mustang to the Bonneville Salt Flats?
