Speedo Gears JUNK!

I put in my 4.10s and my white 23 tooth gear about 2 months ago.
I pulled the speedo gear out today and well most of it was gone!
50% of the teeth just ate off, I dont know how the hell my speedo was even working! So I put the red gear back in for now.

i might one day, but im gonna try another gear just incase for some reason this was a defect.

That is common with 23 tooth gears because the teeth are thin. Your next 23 tooth gear will do the same thing. Just keep a spare.
