4:10's are the way to go for me. In city driving, your mpg will actually be slightly better during normal driving, as it's easier to get the car rolling with the steeper gear. Gears are a torque multiplier. The higher the number, the better off the line. Figure on losing around 400 rpm in 5th gear on the highway. If you have a tuner, you can disable the top speed governor, so top end won't be an issue anyway. How often are you going to go 150 mph?

Well I think you are referring to the rev limiter in your first 3 gears you adjusted? That won't give you more power, but it will give you the ability to shift at a higher point, particularly if you are power shifting a manual car.

I raised mine as well. That way, I can stab the clutch at 6 grand instead of 5700 or so. This way, when the clutch re-engages, the rpm's are still up closer to where the max hp is.

The throttle body spacer is not worth much at all, no.

The underdrive pulley kit is worth about 10 horse. The only reason I wouldn't suggest an udp set is if you are running a massive stereo system (like me lol),and you do a lot of stop & go driving.

ok yeah i do stop and go a lot and as far as the sound system i am debaeing bc i think my car would start to rattle to much with two 13.5 w7 which is in my tahoe so i think i will leave that out but i will put it on then i heard the throttle body spacer gains like 2 mpg that adds up lol

I've not seen any data where the spacer will give you 2mpg. Your tuner & cold air intake will certainly give you some mpg, and the 4:10's will help a bit there as well, as long as you drive normally. lol

I have two 10" Alpine Type-X's in my car, and so far the rattles aren't bad.
