Trac Lok Posi vs Eaton Posi?

I'm looking at getting either :

Ford Motorsport
M-4204-F318C - Trac Lok Posi - carbon plates - OEM Cobra

Eaton Posi - carbon plates

is there any advantage with using the eaton unit over the FMS item?

The eaton is a little more expensive.

I say neither, go with a detroit tru trac.

Between the two you have listed I would go with the Ford unit as it is rebuildable. I have seen plenty of eatons destroyed.

thanks for that. my application is road/race, and its actually not for a mustang application. its for a ford sierra cosworth (or Merkur in the USA).
