a whole a/c delete? weighs quiet a bit, depending on what all you want to remove. other than that, you can do a compressor delete and save a little weight and an accessory to turn with the belt.

Its not steeling any power. It has a built in clutch, so unless its on it doesn't take any power. So unless your deleting the whole kit, its not worth it at all. Even deleting the whole thing is not worth it depending on where you are. I live in the most mild climate in the US, the Pacific North West, and even I want the AC some times. Its just worth it to have for those 3-4 times a year.

yes it does have a clutch to disengage the compressor, it still take a couple hp to trun it. it is just like the t/b spacer thing, not a big deal but there is like 1-2 hp to be made. it was a question, i just answered it.

Curb weight I believe is somewhere around 3300 ibs.

Probably something around there. On verts they need to beef up the frame to handle the roof.

ok, i have a 99 v6 vert and an 02 gt coupe... my gt feels sooo much heavier when driving compaired to my v6... is there a big weight difference here? or is it all in my head
