Need a good shop in Colorado, that can work on 4.6L DOHC

I have a 98 mustang cobra that I just rebuilt the engine in. I had USA Performance do the block (Bore, Hone, Balance crank and assemble the short block). I had another guy do the heads. I have put the engine back in and got it running however there is a knocking in the engine. I don't know if it is in the heads or in the block. Of course both places are pointing fingers at one another. I have been told by several other people that it could be in the block (ex: a rod is knocking, which I don't think the knock is loud enough to be a rod). Others have said it is in the heads. Does any one know of a good shop that can actually work on this engine and maybe figure out what is wrong. I am in Parker, Colorado but anywhere in the Denver area would work. PLEASE HELP!

I tried them once before and they said they don't do any head work. I will try again though.

Thank you
