Hood Clearance

I am new to this site and have decided to take the plunge on my 96 GT convertable w/automatic. I have a 98 Expedition that I installed an aftercooled supercharger on and so I am familair with the modular motors. I have a Vortech Supercharger with an aftercooler, 42 lb injectors, 90 mm lightning MAF, Magnaflow catback and a custom chip in the GT currently and was wondering if the PI manifold swap would clear the tower brace and I could still use the stock hood.
Thanks
Craig

The stock tower brace? It should fit but the intake pipe might hit it, I think the maximum motorsports ones will clear for sure though.

Or a Cobra hood would work as well.

Thanks for the replies. This will be a winter project, so if I have to change hoods or the tower brace I have some time to find replacements if need be.
