SCT XCal2 - Premium or Regular Gas?

I have an SCT XCal2 that came with 87, 89, and 93 octane tunes from LaSota Racing up in Ohio. Can anyone help settle this debate that I've seen come up in some other threads? Will I see horsepower increases with the 93 tune over the 87, and if so, how much? And, just out of curiousity, is there a mpg difference too? I'm not too worried about that, but a lot of guys have told me that running premium is just pissing money away and a lot of guys say I'm missing out on hp by not running the premium gas with the premium tune. Thanks fellas.

93 is what i run do to advanced timing... the Xcal2 will be able to advance the timing more if you go with the 93 opt... so maybe a lil more hps are sqeezed out.. i go 93
