03-04 cobra internals into a 99-04 GT

now, i know theres a huge difference in cars. but i was curious if the internals of a cobra would fit in a GT? they're both 4.6 and all, but i'm thinking the strokes are different and things like that. i've done a search but can't find anything for some reason. can it be done, i mean the 03-04 cobras come forged so i figured it would be less expensive to buy used internals then go out and get new ones that would cost a lot more. any feed back would be great. thanks all!
