Bullitt

So whats some back ground info on Bullitt mustangs? Also I know they have a better intake than a GT which is what gives it that extra 5HP lol. I found a 2001 Green Bullitt with 32K miles, with a Borla Cat-Back, Off-Road X-Pipe, MGW Short Throw Shifter, Mach 1 Chin Spoiler, and a S-Trim (V2) Vortech s/c running 6PSI for $16K. Is that a pretty good deal on it? I wish it was the black or blue instead of green but oh well.

Buy it ! It's a real good deal. My Bud has a mostly stock one. they come with bigger brakes, lowering springs, Tokiko shocks and struts, diff. intake, diff exhaust tips but same exhaust and cams as GT and they have all the cool trim and nice seats.

I heard that Ford originally rated them close to like 280 but when they were put on the dyno only 165 came up....The guy e-mailed me last night saying he would take 15K even for it, its really killing me becausre I cant get my V6 sold. Noone is buying cars right now because of gas. Someone buy my car! lol

the bullitt's have been rated at 275hp,they under rated the hp so the cobra sales would not suffer.
if you pull up the bullitt archives it will give you a whole list of goodies.
