From the pictures they look very close, but the bends may be slightly different. So i'd say it depends on weather you want to try it and end up having it not fit, or just buy the correct pipe to begin with.

It's definatly possible, but how much are you paying for this pipe??? Because it could end up being alot of work, only because i'm not sure how much of a difference there is in the bends.
