Power-adders are normally considered supercharger, turbochargers or nitrous. You're working in the realm of bolt-on. Unhook your battery for 20-minutes so that the computer will forget. Hook-up the battery and let the car idle for 10-minutes so that the computer will learn the new settings.

Wait, i'm no tech, but i've been told that installing such a big t-body with out any forced induction is kind of a waste of money...Common sense tells me it will def help out in some way especially installing a cai with it. And I could very easily be wrong so hopefully somebody who does know for sure will correct me. Just tryin to help you out man and save you some money if i am right.

Yes it is a waste of money...
The TB is to big for N/A...But alot of people run them...You wont notice any gain from it...A 70MM is better suited for a stockish N/A set-up... |

A 70MM TB and Plenum would be fine...
I run Professional Products Plenum ($88 NEW OFF EBAY) 75MM BBK TB ($100 NEW OFF EBAY...But you could get a 70mm instead) |

I mean yeah an XCAL2 would be great but the TB and Plenum are more budget friendly...If he wants a XCAL2 then by all means he should get one...They are well worth it...
