Idle Speed 4.6

My Mustang GT 2001 makes me crazy. Sometimes when I start the engine it has no idle speed! I start again and it always goes out. When I´m driving without idle speed and the engine gets warm it runs maybe at 500 rpm. It gets higher when I drove approx. 10 miles. The first time I thought it's only at cold weather. But now I know it doesn't matter. Today morning it runs very good. I drove 5 miles and went shopping. As I went out of the shop.....the same sh.... again! It has the Diablo Predator Custom Tune in, maybe that's the problem. But when I take the custom tune out the odometer is 10 miles too fast because I have 19" wheels and a 3.73 axle on my car.
I hope somebody can help me. Thanks.
If my english is not best please excuse me. I'm from germany.

IAC... haha just take it off and clean it with brake cleaner then shoot some wd40 in it. Let it soak. then everytime you do an oil change just shoot a small squirt of wd40 in it. you'll never have another problem with it again.
