Wait, I may have misunderstood. He said the 99-01 Cobra heads. I was talking about the 03-04 heads. I know the 03-04 heads do NOT bolt on. As for the 99-01 4v. I don't know if they are a bolt on or not. If they are, what do they flow? and can you get them ported anywhere?

the 03 and 04 heads should bolt on as well, the difference between those and the c heads is the went from a tumble port to an oval port i believe, it would be essentially the same as if you took a B head (96-98) and removed the imrc plates and then mildly polished around
