50 lb injectors and mass air flow sensor
would 50 lb injectors and a mass air flow sensor do anything for my car if i only have a trick flo upper plenum and cold air intake and slp loudmouth cat back on my 4.6

U don't need new injectors. The stock ones will be fine with a lot more than you have done. 50lb injectors are for like 900hp FI motors.

A bigger mass air meter will help especialy if you have a nice cold air intake.

do not worry about replacing injectors unless you build. they will hold around 330 before you max them out. as for maf, a c&l 85mm will be a great mo. no need for an 90mm or anything, no way to utilze it without boost.

yae and then get it tuned, no on the injectors uneeded for the mod you have a CAI would also be good.

if you get a c&l, just have to get the sample tube for your injector size. stock injectors will hold in the range of 330rwhp before maxing out, all depending on set up and tune. i am running a c&l maf and inlet and absolutely love it! a 90mm lighting maf is not needed, you wont really see much gains and will have to have a tune done.
