P0174 means youre running lean.

P1443 Evaporative Emission Control System--Vacuum System, Purge Control Solenoid Or Purge Control Valve Malfunction

P0401 (EGR Flow Insufficient)

By the way welcome!!!

lean running condition means that the air/fuel mixture is unbalanced, and that the engine is getting either too much air, not enough fuel, or a combination of both. You might need to get a tuner to fix that!

As for the egr idk if you can somehow clean it or just replace it.

That there should solve the problem.

oh oh and for the p1443 code. see if you can follow this. "this came from another forum".

Your egr is your Exhaust Gas Recovery. The valve itself looks like a flying saucer. The solenoid is a small, around 3" x 2", rectangular box with two rubber hoses and an electrical connector. Those rubber hoses and a tube off your EGR valve both hook up to your right exhaust header. Both are mounted on the back right corner of your upper intake manifold. Try getting a can of elctric cleaner and clean the electrical connector and replace or clean the rubber tubes.
