Main Harness

Ok, I found out why my PATS system went off. One of my main harness soders came undone. I sodered on the wires off of the cobra harness to the GT one for the coil on plugs. I was wondering if to prevent this happening again could I put a cobra harness on a GT or are they different. If not could I use another GT one with cobra fuel injectors and coil on plugs? Thanks

I would think the Cobra harness would be a better wat to go, as you would not have any splices. From what I have seen, the Cobra body harness is the same as the GT, only the computer harness to underhood is different. Could be wrong, though. Wouldn't be the first time. You could maybe spend a few minutes at the Ford dealer's parts counter looking at the differences in part numbers to be sure.
