arent the frpp superchargers, powerdyne? you do not want to go with a powerdyne if thats what it is. you can make smaller adjustments but if your going blown, you really need to have a custom tune by someone who knows these things inside and out. one little thing wrong and you could blow your motot

Very True

Just Say No To Powerdyne...

Handhelds are great for bolt-ons but with a poweradder a dyno tune is needed...Now you could get a handheld tuner from Tim @MPH and see if he can make you up a tune for your set-up and should hold you up till you can get to a dyno shop...

yeah you def need to go and put it on a dyno with a:f ratios and a experienced tuner. even the ones that come boxed in with the blower are okay, but i look at them as just something to get you to the dyno for a custom tune. you might think the car runs great but a dyno tune will make it that much better and the drivability will be greatly enhanced

And I recommend that with any kind of poweradder that you buy...be it nitrous or a form of forced induction...

2500 > 1200

still a big difference in price and like i said i get to put this on my emplyee account so im only paying 100 month for this.

I still would like to know about a tuner that would get me by with my current mods and then with the new motor and sc til i can get to a dyno 4 hours away and let the car sit while it gets done

i promise you that you can get my supercharger for MUCH less than 2500

tuner: like he said itll help out with your current mods and you can do some slight tuning with it but it would not be sufficient for you to do the tuning yourself for the blower on that car. you have to have a very deep knowledge of how these cars computers work out!

i flash these all the time as we are a ford supplier for the ecms but each time you hook up it costs $35 to flash and I would do that but I need to make little adjustments to it or even on the go it is not practicle. thats why im looking to a handheld.
