ECU and Tuning

I need to put a Cobra processor into my GT. Does the processor just hook right up to were the GT one used to be or do you have to change with wires. Also I need a major tuner and this guy recomended the AEM one to me but I was just wondering if there were any others that will do the same thing. Thanks
