oi say do the PI head swap first. itll net you about 40 hp, and thats more than youll get from any bolt on. its not the cheapest but is great for your motor

Yeah,I owned a 200GT which come with the PI stuff from the factory.Big difference in the getty up factor, lol.Ive got a 97GT now,and it doesnt have the same go as my 2000 did.But I love the 97 body style.

Id agree with the PI swap.Maybe do a port job on the heads, but watch the compression ratio if you decide to add boost. Adding a more aggressive cam profile with beefier valve spring is important to.

If your looking for 400hp out of a 2V ,dont skimp on the essentials.Unless you tune every last drop outta the motor while its N/A,your not gonna get 400h without a blower.Forget NOS .Thats fun when you got time to hit the button, but then you gotta keep refilling it.Save you money and get a blower after you forge the bottom end.

You can use stock internals with a blower, but only with low boost or else your gonna do dome damage.

And remember, serious horsepower aint cheap. Some guys only wanna spend $500 dollars for 500hp. Do it right.
