The Time Has Comethe time has come for me to finally start upgradin my 1999 cobra all suggestions are appreicated. if you could give me a list of items that will boost my hp without a huge amount of money being spent. Thanks! |

looking around 600hp ......supercharger is going to be a must but dunno what brand would be best. im doing to add 3.73 gears (ford racing) 62mm throttle body(bbk) lowering springs(eibach sportsline) cold air intake (dunno which is best yet) and just wondering what else. BEFORE i sc the car.

if your aiming for 600hp your gonna need forged internals,
K&N makes a reliable cold air intake, i wish i had gotten that one. also drgnracin72 is selling a s/c if your looking for one

well first of all put some gears in it. with the 4v motor you can put the 4.10 with the blower and be fine and its not to much gear. id also do l/t headers,mid pipe and a good catback. i have a p1sc for sale but dont know of it would make the 600 hp. but give it a look its in the for sale section. if you plan on doing all this to get this power, you need top build your short block before you blow it and you can use your heads. your lookin at a lot of cash but itll be worth it
