cold air kit info

before you get all bent out of shape I put this 5.4 in a 68 convert. I need to know of a cold air intake that I can install in this that may clear my strut on the drivers side. Who makes them and where can I get a photo or mearsurments . (bad spelling)

oo. cant wait to see pix once done. is it so tight of a fit that a aftermarket one may not fit? JLT would be good to look into.

I haven't seen many after market kits for the 08 shelby engine but I need to stay in line with the valve cover if possible. I may have to make it myself. I have more pictures of this car under classic mustangs, ok I'm doing it

best bet would be to find a silicone elbow. (many sites to new hoses/tubing etc all by means of silicone). have to find the site(s). but best bet would be to find the degre you need, like 45degree elbow so that it goes driectly forward off of the intake. do you want it oval or round once off the intake, jw. kinda searching as it type this.

some sites i dug up just now, incase you need to fabricate your own or build off of one meant for another vehicle. possibly consider the bullitt or 03/04 cobra intake and flipping it over so that the elbow and pipe lay like you want.
