Wow, that spot near the bottome of the door is BAD. You could try the touch up brushes. It will definately make it less noticable. The spot on the roof will need a litlle sanding to remove the rust

new paint job man, or take it to macco and have them do the door and that rear quarter, it has to striped and sanded, sorry there is no cheap fix to this if you want it to look right.
